This site is amazing... it allows meeting people you would probably never meet. We all have at least a common interest, travel, so it's a good start point!

First one, organised by Isa (Labeep, unfortunately not a VT member anymore). With Nadya and Javi (MagicTravellers), David (Davidlop), Xavi (Xtarafa) and Silvia (silviabm). It was supposed to be more people there, but finally they did not appear. They missed a great evening, good dinner at La Fonda and some hours chatting!

This second one was organised by Ben_from_Paris... But he does not appears here as he took the pic :-)

We had some drinks/icecreams at the open air terrace of Farggi in Plaça Catalunya, as the weather was nice.

Mini VT-meeting with Maurizio (maurizioago) and his mother (such a nice lady!), on 4 January 2006. Having some hot drinks at Caelum in the Barri Gotic, it was really cold outside!! :-)

While I was in the US (for a couple of months in 2006) I meet several times with Isabella (unfortunately not a VT member anymore, but always a great friend!) and Dave her husband. One Saturday we went to NYC to see a couple of exhibits and spend the day wandering around. There we meet Bill (bliss7), and had a great discussion about Spain and the US, while helping Bill with his next trip to Sevilla and Barcelona. The funny thing is that we first planned to meet in Barcelona during his trip, but later it was me who traveled to the US!

25th July 2006: Lovely choco-vt-meeting (as it was in Cacao Sampaka, a chocolate shop and cafeteria on Consell de Cent, 292 ). Even due to the hot weather... we ended dinking beer istead of chocolate dinks ;-).

I was a great, interesting and multi-international meeting (5 nations!): Carol (carolgh), David (DSwede), and Cybercroat, plus Ueli (Carol's husband) who took the picture.

I've meet as well other VT members visiting Barcelona: Colincox and his friend from the UK, Sweeetest from Kuwait...

As well I met Rasmus (Razmatac) and Charlotta (Sjalen), her husband and her lovely daughter, in Copenhaguen. Another time in Copenhagen, Allan (TheView) was so kind to me my guide for a very interesting daytrip.

As well I meet some very nice Romanian VTrs: Delia (Delia_Madalina), Codrutz and his lovely wife Cristina... during extended stays after business meetings in Bucharest.

There are no pictures from many of these meetings, but all were great. Always nice and interesting, sharing a little of your time with people from a distant part of the world, sometimes from places you never thought you'll meet someone. Amazing VT!
