"MY VT MEETINGs" by tere1

After a wonderful stay in Malaysia that included Langkawi and Pangkor Laut, the last leg was spent in Kuala Lumpur and before saying goodbye to this amazing and friendly country , I had the pleasure of attending a VT dinner meeting which Chia ( ChiaBH) kindly arranged for me and my family. We had a nice dinner at Rain Nudle House in Suria KLCC on the 21st August.

I loved meeting my VT friends Chia ( ChiaBh ), Dar ( dar76 ), Dennis ( dfactor ), Patricia ( p_yenyen ), Peter ( peterktan ), Audrey ( Audrey118 ) and Antonio ( a2lopes, a Portuguese VT member who is working in KL ) and Diana, Chia's guest. In the picture above we are all there with my daughter Carolina and my son Manuel as well.
And guys, I apologize for leaving the table twice to smoke a cirgarrette, lol.

I will always have you in my heart and I hope to return to Kuala Lumpur some day! Thanks for the nice evening and welcome and I am waiting for you in Portugal.

I went to Porto to meet our friend Santi ( Redang) and we met other Vters, Ana ( portgirl) , Paulo (Paulo_Pinto). Along came also Antonio ( a2lopes) and Brigida.

We started with a cruise in the Douro. After that we went to the Solar do Vinho do Porto where we enjoyed a glass of Port wine while watching one of the most beautiful sunsets. The views from there are just awsome.

Our meeting ended with dinner at the other side of Porto, in Gaia, with a delicious " francesinha". Thank you so much Ana and Paulo for receiving us so well :)

Our Greek friend Elena ( elena_blue) visited Portugal with her friend Zoe and we arranged a dinner with them in Belém ( Lisbon). Besides the two of them Vters who attended this meeting were Paulo and Rosario ( Paulo&Rosario), Antonio ( a2lopes) and me of course:).

After dinner in an outside restaurant , with pleasant weather, we headed for the Pasteis de Belem Fabric, to have our coffee and a delicious"pastel" as dessert.

I enjoyed very much meeting them in Portugal as in the Santorini meeting we didn't get the chance to chat. I hope to meet you again Elena, thanks for the good time we had in Belem and hope to meet you again, next time maybe in Greece, who knows? :)
