"A Walk in Kibbutz Dafna" Dafna Travelogue by purplekedi

We start our walk at the memorial place of the Kibbutz. Every Yom Hazicharon (Memorial Day), a day before the Yom Atzmadut (Independence dance) a gathering takes place here for the soldiers who lost their lives in wars of Israel.
(How do I sound patriotic????)

Here, right to the bridge is where the families live in big houses and beatiful gardens. To the left is where the student and young people live. The life generally goes on drinking coffee or tea on the graa and walking barefoot.

And we keep walking following the river... Soon we're gonna see the 4 ducks

There they areThey're quite grumpy most of the time. If you come close, they start making grumpy noises and walk away with that funny walk.

There they are!

There's my corner
