Today the street is called Swidnicka and it is the main street of Wroclaw.
I think it was a synagogue, but I am not sure. The building doesn't exist any more.
This is the cathedral and the oldest part of Wroclaw called Ostrow Tumski.

The market hall - it is still used today for selling groceries, fruit and vegetables

The Polish spirit just leaps from your pages. I have to admire a country that suffered so much destruction dusted itself off and just rebuilt in the old style. I saw this in Warsaw, but you are tempting me to see your lovely city one day.
