My first VT meeting was in March 2005. Laura_Mexico was in my hometown of New York, and we were able to spend a rainy day together. We had lunch at a pub on the east side, than strolled around Grand Central Terminal. No photos exist, partly because we were both FREEZING, but we had a fun time getting to know each other. Laura, I hope you come back to NYC some day.

I had the honor of hanging out with our friend Funnybeee in Los Angeles. A fun night with someone we've gotten to know here on VT. One thing I can tell you, having met da Beee: she's got the BEST laugh! Funnybeee, you rock da house!:-)

San Juan Capistrano Meet

This was my first big VT meet, at the Mission in San Juan Capistrano in Orange County, and it was soooo much fun. A great night under the stars, listening to wondeful music. I didn't take any pictures-I was trying to figure out who everyone was! Thanks so much to girladventure for sending me a few, including this one.

A fun morning in Ventura, then onto Toronto

Keida84 and I talked about getting together ever since I got to LA. We finally did, and what a time we had. We had breakfast in her hometown of Hollywood Beach, walked around the Pier, and downtown Ventura. Kat is a wonderful person and a great tour guide. And by the way Kat, thanks for buying breakfast!

Now onto Toronto!

I was the last person to sign up for the Toronto meet, and among the last to show, but what a memorable time it was. Funny thing is, the first person I saw in Toronto was...Keida84. It's amazing how these meets bring people together.

There's much more detail on my Toronto page, but this is the place to recognize all the great people I met there. First, special thanks to CdnJane & Hayward68 for their hard work in putting it together. Jane & Laura, we couldn't have done it without you. And Jane, thanks for the anti-stress kit!
