A wedding in Bisegna I received a telephone call in June, 2004, from my best friend from my days in the Army. Now a Lieutenant Colonel, Scott was getting remarried to a wonderful Italian woman from the mountains of Italy, and he wanted me to be his best man. I agreed, and we quickly made plans to throw the entire family onto a plane for a "once in a lifetime" travel opportunity! |

But there were plans to be made... We arrived the day before the wedding, which meant that we already missed 5 days of parties. But on a truly spectacular day, we did a quick rehearsal in the piazza, and then it was on to the party! |

The parties began early... These festivities included the entire town. |
and the family had memories to last a lifetime! |
