Stimulating was designed by Jeaneen Barnhart. It was sponsored by john conti coffee, hence the subject matter. |
| | Fantaseahorse Fatnaseahorse was designed by Mary Wathen. She wanted people to smile and have fun when they saw her horse so she painted it to represent something that she always found fun-the beach! |
Parrot Dize Parrot Dize was designed by Anna Hall. Her inspiration stemmed from where she thought a horse went when he died. Paradise. Get it? I thought so. A picture of Anna is in one of the horse's eyes and on the stomach she placed a picture of her husband and dog.
Battlehorse Battlehorse was designed by Chris Sullivan. Chris had spent a lot of time in Alaska and was inspired by the way the Natve Americans would paint their horses before going into battle. He developed his own inconography rooted in tribal art for the design.
Sweet Pea Kim Sobell designed Sweet Pea. She used a technique that she uses in her own paintings-a technique that involved playing around with the paint and seeing where it landed.

mickeylex Wed May 7, 2008 00:00 UTC About Bella Notte in Lex: It was actually created by same co. that owns Fazoli's. It was a "test market" restaurant that for whatever reason they decided not to franchise out. If they still have the Ricotta Cheesecake, try that sometime... heavenly! :) | rexvaughan Fri Jun 8, 2007 12:04 UTC Thanks again, Rebecca. You have been a big help as I love the details you give in your tips. | johanl Tue Oct 18, 2005 18:45 UTC great city to shop and walk around. Horse capital of the world. |
