This 20 minute ride provides a great view over several areas of the city - worth the 20 AEDs it cost. The only warning though: the cars are not airconditioned, the windows are tiny and open only a bit, so - depending on when you go, it might turn into sauna!

This picture was taken out of the cable car. The water in the front is the Creek, the buildings in the back are Deira - if you look closely, you can recognize the Carrefour banner on top of City Center.

Ash and the Amphitheater :-)

The Creek Park is home to an Amphitheater. Not much was going on on an August-midweek-afternoon, but this is a fantastic place to watch fireworks during DSF.

OK - so maybe the rings were meant for children - or we simply didn't know how to use them!!!!!

This one was difficult - ended in defeat after several attempts. The excuse: due to the heat, the bars were slippery!

The Creek Park is extremely family-friendly, offering not only "Children's City", but also numerous kid's play areas.
