Malta VT Meetings just get better & better! | 10 VT'ers and guests plus my son taking the pics! |
Thanks go to Stef (Stefzamm) who came up with the excellent choice of venue, Pizza, Pasta Basta Restaurant in the grounds of The Corinthia Palace one of Maltas most prestigious hotels where 11 of us got together for some great conversation and fabulous food too!
For me it was lovely to meet my good friends Anne (Xemx) and Stef again, and also to meet Joseph (Rockaria) and Pierre (Maltese24) at long last.
Pierre brought along some students from Italy and Barcelona who were staying with him while they studied English in Malta and I have to say they seemed to have mastered the language amazingly well already - a really great bunch!
We all had a most enjoyable evening which of course flew by far too quickly! |

And another meeting with....Anne (Xemx) of course! This time we met up at a lovely pub called The Three Tuns, in Ashwell, Hertfordshire. Lovely food (thanks to Charles' good choice of venue!), & great company - a perfect combination for a November Saturday afternoon!! (Possibly why we are both looking a slight shade of blue - luckily it wasn't too cold for Anne who is used to much warmer climes!!)
Next meeting for us will hopefully be in Malta next summer - see you there Anne!! | | |

In my opinion this is what VT does best - brings like minded people together and makes the world seem smaller than ever!
