Archeologists have searched for more than a century in theRhodopa mountains the remains of the famous Thracian temple ,where Dionysus had its Oracle.More and more facts lead to beleive that this is the temple complex of Perperikon - the biggest megalith in Europe,discovered just some years ago in the Rhodopa mountains .The earliest finds at Perperikon hill are dated from the late Neolithic period - 6th-5th millenium BC - some 8000 years ago ( !!! )
