Prominent Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram had achieved great success in such a short period.And be a famous singer by the age of 21! Some people say that this success may come from her looks and others say its her way of dancing and moving on the stage and in her video clips.

She was born in Der el-Ahmar in the Bekaa Valley. She gained a degree in political science from the Lebanese University. She first appeared in the famous program ?studio el-fan? and won a silver medal over the course of her participation in the Lebanese program.

In 1999, her first album ?Baddy Doub? was released. This album was a blast; it featured a duet with French gypsy star Gerard Ferrer. From there she blasted to the Cannes to participate in the annual festival of the year 2000.
