The Temple Well, it was the ONLY thing to see really in Salt Lake... besides shopping malls with the same stores as back home..... And the clubbing scene is just vicious intense in 'tah..... lol.... |

Sorry to leave this beautiful place.... but the truck was ready at some shop, somewhere in Neveda and it was time for our trusty toyota to take us back..... one very odd thing Utah is the ONLY place I have ever been where when ordering a cocktail they automatically think it's a "virgin" (without alchole) unless specifically requested (ie. Tequilia Margaria please) |
Also most unusual, is that the state of Utah that is so..... ultra conservative (would that be a good word?) up-tight, straight laced.... would be directly adjacent to the state where there is no "closing hour", nor last call, there are slot machines in gas station bathroom (ok not in the toilet area, but in the waiting area), and where prostetution is legal? hmmmmm..... makes one think.... Anyway back across Neveda, note to self: there is nothing in Neveda outside of Tahoe, Reno and Vegas..... |
