It was my first proper holiday back to Sydney since becoming addicted to VT, so of course a VT meeting was in order. Hence I rounded up the troops for an afternoon/evening of food, drinks and good old VT gossip!

|  | . It was a pretty exciting day for me as two of my very favourite VT boys were going to be there - Groverdean and aussiedoug and I was really looking forward to finally meeting them both! |
. Doug is a bit of a legend on VT - he must be one of the friendliest and down to earth blokes you could meet. And then there was Dean - recent "VT Hot Man of the Week", who had travelled interstate for this exciting event. | | |

By the time we finished up at lunch, it was time for the next stage of the meeting, and some more drinks, so we waddled along the water to Bungalow 8, at King Street Wharf. We cosied up in a comfy booth, ordered some champagne and waited expectantly for some more VT'ers to arrive. | | |
| | . We were in luck! We had a fleeting visit from a new VT'er Mike (aYankinSyd), who stopped by long enough for a quick beer, and also a fairly brief visit from an even newer member, Daena (daena), who was very excited about an upcoming trip to Borneo. |
. Then two more lovely ladies joined us - Paula (emerald125), who was celebrating the purchase of a new home, and Sheryn (Zanzibargirl) who had recently started her dream job - in the travel industry of course!! | | | Sheryn laughing at us all! |

More drinks, more food and plenty of chat. A fantastic night was had by all. The whole day went way too fast though....it was so great to meet everyone - already looking forward to the next time! |
