Amman

You should not spend more than a day in Amman. If you do, do visit the Fahk El Dir restaurant, in Jabal Amman. It has been rated as the best in the city, it did not cost more than 25Euros pp for a full meal (incl of wine!) for the best food i have had in Jordan!!!
