Mariscos y algas deshidratados, es parte de la cultura patagónica culinaria es comer algas y mariscos, encontré cosas que nunca había probado y déjame decirle que son muy muy ricas. Las venden deshidratadas y tienen nombre bastantes extraños (Cholga=Mejillón, luche=Alga, piure=Molusco y nava)

Vaina Preparacion
- 3 yemas de huevo
- 1 clara de huevo
- 3 porciones de Oporto
- 1 porción de Coñac
- 1 Cucharada de Cacao

Pisco Sour
-3 partes de pisco de 35% alc/vol.
- 1 parte de jugo de limón recién exprimido
- Agregue azúcar y hielo a gusto y agite en una coctelera.
