By all reports, these bike tours are great. Twice daily during the summer months and once daily the rest of the year, these 4 hour tours cover all the basics. The night tours allow participants to cruise around the City of Light and includes a ride on the River. There is also a tour of Giverney that I really would like to do.
I think cycling is the very best way to see almost anything. It allows you to get up close (and personal), you move quickly enough to cover a good amount of territory, but slow enough to see it all, and your feet don't get tired!
(Now your butt might be another thing altogether)
