after all the talk about whether to push through with the trip to window of the world or not, we did go. it didnt matter if the forecast said it was gonna be a mean cold day of 5 degrees. so we just made sure we're covered up.
it turned out to be a hot sunny day.

egypt definitely belongs to my top 5 travel destinations. the egypt theme at window was kind of disappointing though. except for the lone camel available forpicture taking, the egyptian take was rather disappointing. they had this underground tunnel thats supposed to replicate the insides of the pyramids but it turned out to be just an underground museum, filled with "images that were downloaded from the internet and framed," as said by one of my friends.

this one u need not pay 120RMB to see. u can actually see this enormous replica of the eiffel tower from the outside and even the highway leading to window of the world. theres an elevator going to the top of the tower, which i didnt try.

im not sure where in the world this is either.

like i said, i love pyramids. even the mayan ones. although im not sure i would like want went on here thousands of years ago...u know, human and animal sacrifices...(shudder)

saving the best for last, the snowy alps. u can actually go skiing at this dome snow place for 80RMB/hour. or pay 10RMB for a "lifesaver" ride down the slopes..
