Margarita, Friend and Yours truly Dancing in Athens has many venues for every taste and every age! My favourite place to enjoy myself with friends is Chicaboom Dance Club in Alimos, a Southern Suburb of Athens. You can visit this wonderful place every Saturday night from 10:30pm for a great party. Every year, they have the best carnival-dance party in Athens! Not to be missed if you like to dance and are in the mood for costumes and crazy times:)
Carnival isn't just happening in Brazil! Greece has it's own version which is just as wild and crazy! Time for dressing up, music and lots of dancing! What a colourful party at Chicaboom Dance Club! We had a great time. |

Greek mythological characters are always a popular choice by discriminating dance enthusiasts. Zeus never had it so good! The ancient gods must be looking down with glee on this gorgeous party! | | Meow, meow, Miss Mitsi Kitty My good friend Mitsi (Dimitra) sure is the Cat's Meow! and does she know how to Rhumba away her troubles! Mitsi is the manager at our local 'Body Shop' in Glyfada where unfortunately last week her purse with all her papers and money that she had for her children's school were stolen! So, my friend, instead of crying in things lost, came to the party to find new friends and enjoy the night...but, who ever took that purse is nothing but a 'dirty dog!' Curses on people who steel purses!!! (Wicked Witch spell from our next guest's picture below!) |
