When we were at Oceanside Marina in January 2001, the guard recommended that we go to the Rusty Anchor. But we never found it. Actually it is at 5510 3rd Ave. I've copied this map in case anyone else wants to find it. |
On our last night in Key West, we went to Stock Island (again in search of the Rusty Anchor) and went to Oceanside Marina thinking that it might be visible near there, but no luck |

Then we ate at Hickory House which is just outside the marina. For some reason, we've never eaten here before. |
They had seating outside with the big palm tree heaters, but we ate inside. There was a jazz ensemble playing, and some people danced on the dance floor. |

February 13, 2005 Feb 13th, we packed up and dropped the key through the box (Sunday and the office not open), went to Sigsbee to do email. The computer started to download virus definitions or updates so it took me longer than it should have. |
