Meet the Mayor So, this is my family. We call ourselves Crazy Town because we're very, um, non-traditional. My dad's the mayor of C.T. My daddy is completely insane - mostly in a good way. He's very smart and sensitive, but he has a very poor self-image. He also makes up funny names. Like, everyone else on earth calls my brother Dan, but to my dad he's Mitt the Rio Tor. What does it mean? Who knows. The man's a mystery. My mom calls him Bear - he's furry. |
Weeb, the mayor's wife and my mom The Mayor refers to my mother as "B.W." which is short for "Booty Woman." He's also been known to call her "the foxiest fox in all of Foxland" or "Weeb" which is short for "wee buns of love." Needless to say, they are hopeless for each other. The kid-types call her Momar, Mo, or Mommy Tremain. She's a teacher, and she's amazing. Love her! |
Dan, the brother-type My brother is just like my father in a lot of ways. Insane. Once, he invited my sister to a party and when she got there he was running about in his underpants. He marched up to her asian boyfriend and said, "Hey! Al! Take your pants off - it's a party!" as if that was the logical order of things. Did I mention he was wearing a shirt that said, "I'm huge in Japan!" ? He's so great. |

Katy, the sister-type My sister knows she's a princess. She has her whole life. She has a freakish amount of self esteem. She's earned it, though, she's sweet and funny and adorable. Occassionally, she can have some little-sister-itis, but generally she's a good kid. She tries to act like she's not a part of Crazy Town - mostly by pretending she's narcoleptic (spelling?) in public when the mayor starts acting really crazy, but we all know the truth. |
Surf's Up! Momar and Katy catch a plastic wave at Universal. Normally, I hate theme parks. I mean, they just annoy me. This is very cute, though. |
