1298 Sacramento Street At Jones

I was just lucky enough to be walking north on Jones when I went by this amazing place.

Turns out it was built around 1921, has been through some renovation and restored to look like this.

I brushed out some of the wires on the street, as imho they detract from the appearance.

Alioto building, just down the block from the Bubble Lounge: - home of one of more familiar SF family names.

I like the architecture in this block, sometimes seeing signs that say "corso Christopher Columbo," the beginning of Columbus Ave in Jackson Square historic district near North Beach.
There are some really great buildings to look at here.
