Through the Eyes of a Viewfinder - Shimla, India

As an avid photographer, each trip offers an abundant amount of photo opportunities for me. Half the fun for me is taking photographs of the people, places, and culture of each location. Photographs are a great way to remember each trip as well as cherish the great memories that you gained. For me it also offers a chance to be creative and expressive through pictures.

Golden Hues - Agra, India

The picture was taken at the Red Fort, from where you can see the Taj Mahal at a distance. This was a dome on top of one of the buildings. The colors simply looked amazing with the sun shining down on it.

Lighting Effect - New Delhi, India

I took this picture at the Qutb Minar complex on my way out. The structure and positioning of the pillars along with the lighting made for an intersting shot.

Sunset over the Water - Fripp Island, SC

This was taken a few years ago on a vacation in South Carolina from the car none-the-less. It was the month of April and the weather was generally cool on Fripp, Island. I recall there being a huge rainstorm the day after this picture was taken.

Atlantic Ocean - Anasco, Puerto Rico

I like the way the flowers and shrubs framed the sides of the picture. The pinks and blues in the sky help bring out the colors of the flowers in the foreground.

One of the many photographs I took within the monastery. I especially like this one, with the tree in the foregournd and the angle at which the building is seen.
