"A day in Carthage" Carthage Travelogue by schlumpf

Carthage, a wellknown historical site, is a pretty beautifull stop into a trip trough Tunisia.
This little and clean city gives you the possibility to put yourself into the story, getting back to the good time young, or not?!

The first stop of my day was the Carthage museum. Before to visit the museum, take a walk into the area, where you will have amazing views of the sea, with a green land in the surround, together mixed with few ruins...

After having a look of the ruins and the Cathedral, you can have a look on the museum, a pretty nice experience.

After having a walk in this area, I would suggest you to go stra8 to the Antonine Bath, as the other site, personally, I didn’t like...Not because are without any greats, but because I made the mistake to visit before the Antonine Baths and then the oher sites, that make them a little bit “small”...if you know what I am saying...

Antonine Bath are simply huge and amazing! Beautifull!!!! You will smell here a atrange feeling...you know...wow! Without any word! Just gett you here!!!!

And during the way trough Antonine Baths, if you see that a coloum in near to fall down, than move your as* and take a picture ):-

And what is better then to take a tea at the end of a day like this?! Nothing! Enjoy your tea, going strai8 to the local culture and smoke some chincha!
