On February, London showed us that for some cities, remaining the same is simply not an option.
That's probably what makes London such an attractive destination, where you can walk over an over again the very same streets, and never feel the same way twice.

One cannot go wrong while mixing springtime and Sevilla , specially during March, when the city wears its finest clothes, when they streets are more colorful, when the crowds that Feria de Abril and Semana Santa brings are still to come.

Paying a visit to Altea has become something like a tradition for us, as we invariably head towards our beloved village in every chance we have. So during Easter, we decided to make an even longer visit, and to spend the whole holyday there. It was quite an experience, even if the weather was not with us, and for sure our love for Altea only increased after that….

While a carefully prepared airfare deal could save a lot of money, impulsive last minute decisions could work the other way around. Our little trip to Palma tuned out to be a lot more expensive than we’d initially foreseen, though I will change that money anytime just to see again that sunset over Soller harbor… and to live again the memories that our locura brought out.

Finally, after all those years, it came my time for visiting Paris… a trip I did carefully avoided until the perfect moment arrive…

The real trip of the year came during August. We wanted to visit the real Cuba , the one that could not be arranged via a travel agency. We wanted to capture the real spirit of the island, avoiding (almost) the organized tours. I resulted into a far more intensive experience that we could have imagined; an experience full of difficult to forget visions…

An almost too good to be true package tour tempted us during December, to the point that we finally decided to give it a try and join the tourist hordes, an experience that we are not very willing to repeat… even if it allowed me to fulfill the childhood dream of getting into a pyramid…
