The sunflower represents life and motherhood. It also is the name of a group I belong to called Sunflower Birthmothers. I have been reunited with my birthson so this tattoo shows how complete my life is right now! All of my children's initials are on the leaves under the flower. J'son in Hiram GA at Wacko's Surfshop did an awesome job with the detail and the color.

Now that I am 40 I have figured out that I like getting tattoos! I don't think that I will become the painted lady at the circus but I know what I like and where I want it. The important thing is to really love the art that you are putting on your body because you will have this with you for the rest of your life. So the choices that I have made symbolize me and my life. My first tattoo was a gift from my sister Andrea for my 35th birthday. It is the Virgo Symbol "MP" with some daisy's growing off the the letters.

He finally did it!! When he found the right art that had special meaning to him he was ready. The turtle represents long life and the tiki in the middle is for protection. I might get a smaller version myself. J'son at Wacko's Surfshop in Hiram GA was the tattoo artist.

I have always wanted a tattoo on the small of my back that was sexy. I believe that an orchid is the sexiest flower because it looks like a woman's special place. After researching and finding the best picture I had this tattoo inked in Destin FL with my best friend Leyla and my sister Lisa getting similar ones as well.

My friend Leyla and I are in these precarious positions getting our similar tattoos while in Destin FL. My sister thought we looked so relaxed that it must not have hurt at all, boy did we fool her!
