Bonar the Cat

by stevezero - last update: Dec 17, 2004

Nothing much to do with travel, but I thought I would share a few photos of our cat - Bonar
On the prowl

At peace

We took her in as a stray about 7 years ago. At the time she was almost wild, but she has developed into a most loving cat
Touch me if you dare!

The tiger awakens

Her favourite trick is to roll over and show of the large expanse of ginger tum. Beware though as sometimes her wild streak reappears and she may grab your hand and try to playfully disembowel it.

At rest again

When she first came to us she had been living wild, but these days you would be hard pushed to shift her from her place in front of the fire

The hunter non gatherer

On the warmest of days she may venture into the garden. The chances of catching any wildlife are fortunately nill. She has been known to bully the odd small frog - until they turn on her that is!

Hi Steve. Just stumbled across your page and thought I'd say 'hi'! Bonar is gorgeous, although she almost looks like a cross between a domesticated tabby and a Scottish wild cat... I have 3 furballs myself. Have a great day / Jess
