She is one of 6 women working in
The United Nation that has a great
certification. Kofi Anan mentioned
that Thuraya is the most capable

She discovered a new medication
on recovering lungs cancer. She is
planning to win The Nobel Prize
within her discoveries. She is also a

Science, Ghada Al Edreesy's vast
experience in Saudi Arabia in
various fields of travel, tourism and
marketing makes her an ideal
candidate for the position. In
addition, Ghada was employed at
Saudi Aramco where she
participated in many national and

lady from Jeddah, one of few Saudi
TV presenters. She is part of
women social show called (Kalam
Nawaeem) presented in the Saudi
owned channel MBC. She brings
and discusses some social issues
facing Arab society, sort of like The
Oprah Winfrey Show.
She also teaches English Literature
in a Saudi University.
She is a good example of a Saudi
woman by wearing her headscarf
and not forgetting her values in non-

lady from Jeddah. She invented a
Sensor sound used in medical
observations. She got a
scholarship from Cambridge
University due to her excellence.
She had an interesting talk in
Jeddah Economical Forum about
traveling Brains.
She was offered to join The NASA in
Texas because there is no body in
their lab that has her qualifications
on Bioinformatics but she refused
because she was afraid that her
inventions and projects would serve

She completed her Bachelor at
King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah
majoring on Child Education and
graduated with honorable mark.
Later she got her master on the
same field being the first person
ever done it in the Kingdom of
Arabia. Soon she sent to UK to
complete her PH.D on her field. It
is such a high responsibly to be a
mother, student and a principle at
the same time. With a person like
that we all shell raise and be proud
of. She is an example of many
working mothers in Arabia. |
