These are my two when they were delightful 'little'ns'.
On the beach at Beg Meil, Brittany.

You should see them now, 'bigg'ns'
of 6' 3" and 6' 7" !
The one in the Breton hat is the 6'7" one!
He looks a bit flushed. It turned out- we discovered when we got home- he'd been suffering from chickenpox!

The chaps on the jetty at Broadstairs, Kent.

This was my favourite childhood holiday place and now my sons love it too.

I have photos of me and my sister sitting in the same place, quite a few

years earlier!( and not doing rude signs!)

Funnily enough - she just texted me from there yesterday-06/10/07! She

was sitting outside the Tartar Frigate, down by the jetty! I wish she'd

asked me to go too.She went for the day, on a sudden whim:-)

Aren't they lovely together?

Many an hour was spent on this lovely beach, often, till it got dark and I'd

have to prise them off it!

This was taken just before the sun went down and they were frozen.They

still cried when I said it was time to go!

This elder one-Son No 1- now 23, is studying, as a mature student-loose

term-at Uni.He's reading Philosophy and English Literaure.If he can stay

awake long enough that is!

He gets very tired- poor thing.

The student life is exhausting...

This is the 6'7" one- pretending he's doing something important on the

computer!

Hard to imagine now- he's the one who was wearing the Breton hat- all

those years ago. Ah:-)
