Travel Tips

This is my cat called Louffie he is over 1 year. He is a Siamese and so we don't let him go outdoors. If cats could talk he would say alot !! He is such an intelligent cat that at home no one can talk in front of him ! However, he has a very bad habit - he catches and eats all types of little creatures that he sees! Till now he ate grasshoppers, flies, beetles, fish, about 2 weeks ago a bird and he last catch was a cricket. This poor cricket was buzzing in his mouth until he swallowed him. However, the most cruel one was when it came to the bird. He was throwing him up and down in the air and the more we tried to take the bird away the more he bite him and growled at us. My bedroom was filled with feathers for a whole week ! Well, at the end my dad caught the bird and tried massaging his heart but it was useless and this poor bird died in my dad's hands. I know its cruel but Loufie cannot help it - its his instinct !

Loufie feeling tired with the heat as his coat is very thick so he feels hot immediately! Poor thing at times I wet him with a damp towel. However his favourite room and place is under the air-conditioner on my parent's bed !

Bilu belongs to my close friend, he is Siamese too like Loufie. Bilu was found running about in the streets when he was a kitten. Apparantly, Bilu is always up to some naughty like Loufie and he is also a very intelligent cat ! I must say he is so gorgeous and photogenic too !

Malta unfortunitly is filled with loads of street cats ! This is cat who lives in my road however they all seem very happy as this woman comes to feed them but the neighbours don;t like it that these cats get fed as it encourages more to come ! I think this is a real problem but it seems nothing is done in Malta - the same goes for street dogs, people keep abandoning their dogs especially when they travel and don;t take the responsibility to find an alternative for their pet - I think this is so cruel !

This is Kicky my boyfriend's cat. Kicky is not persian but is very bushy and at times her hair needs continous brushing. I think she is adorable however I don't think she likes me much as at times she bites me. She is that type of cat that if she is fed up you petting her - she just turns around to bite you ... she is quite unpredicatable ! However like Loufie my cat - there will be no other cat as you can do him anything and he does not mind !
