| inspiration attacks | 13Apr2005 Days like these just remind me of how great & precious life actually is... It's a shame that we even start thinking otherwise at some point, but it's just that all-day life, I guess... If you ask me what the most important thing in life is for me, I'd say it's my friends - and I'd say it in a heart-beat. I count myself among those lucky ones who have a lot of great friends - who all of you are part of. So THANK YOU for all the birthday wishes, guys! It's great to get dozens posts from people who inspire me over & over again every single day. I just love the fact that there is a place like VT that enables all of us to have virtual friends from all over the world! But even more than that I love the fact that people go half way (or all the way!) around the world to meet each other, to hang out, to learn new things... You crazy people give me strenght, patience, elan, enthusiasm, happiness, aching cheekbones... So keep it up, I hope to meet every single one of you once, when the times are better... Thanx again! ;)
11Jul2005 Finally feeling a bit more sane... After getting that scary feeling of being stuck in the middle of abbyss, I got my grip, made fifty push-ups (before I woke up, hehe), pulled myself together & decided something's gotta be changed! I quit my old job (although they still heartedly use me as a labor worker on extremely busy days) & got a new one... Now I'm working with great people & I'm ready to learn new things. Once again it's all pretty new again, one's gotta get used to the different kinds of people you get in contact with in a daily life... But I can chew a gum, wear flip-flops & smoke one once in a while if the humble
moi wishes so. ;) I mean, it is a lot of work & there's exams 'n all [at the moment], but at least it's a change. I was really scared I was gonna be stuck in that never-ending stage between work, university & all those stupid things. But now I feel like it's getting better. I'm gonna be moving in another place for the summer, will be welcoming some friends & working to save the money for the next adventure... Some things are not so foggy anymore. Some things are far clearer now. Now I can do whatever the heck I want! ;)
23Oct2005 NEW! I don't really have a thing for Croatian movies [actually, I hate them], but I've been to the
Zagreb Film Festival a couple of days ago & I saw a premiere of a film called
What Is a Man Without a Mustache? ['Što je muškarac bez brkova?' in Croatian] by Hrvoje Hribar & I loved it! The end was a bit too everything-works-out-just-fine for me, but there's a couple of really good jokes, the actors are great & the music special! All in all, it gives me hope for Croatian filmography. ;)

i want clocks that go the opposite way
i want popcorn machines in the metro
i want governments filled with my buddies
i wanna hear their voices and make them grin
i wanna see people with smiling wrinkles
i wanna see the stars every night
i wanna wake up rested and think clearly
i wanna love every day
