I guess this is it. Will be leaving Sweden on Saturday for Strasbourg, France and then on to Paris. Really feel sad to leave the place which I have called home for the last 5 months :(

I have been appreciating each day more ever since the realization that I will soon be leaving sank in. Part of me feels really excited to be on the road again, exploring France and seeing my family and friends again. But part of me really wish that I was staying here for a longer time.

This is a thank you note to all who have stuck around for me during my stay here, my new found friends who have made the transition much much easier, and also the VTers who have patiently answered all my questions :)

The first weekend of December 2003 will always be special to me! Went up to the North and saw falling snow for the first time. Wow.. Will try to upload more pics soon! :)

Went to Stockholm 2 weekends ago and it was cold! What's new lol ;) Well, what can I say? Stockholm ar en vacker stad, aven pa vintern!

Brrrr...Jag fryser som en hund! :) But at least now I don't feel like a dork wearing my gloves cos everyone is doing the same :) Now that we have only 6 hours of sunlight, I really miss the warmth on my face. But...I also can't wait to feel the snowflakes :)

Visited the US in the last week and had a FABULOUS time!! Took lots of photos, and I mean, lots! But someone is worse than me haha. You know who you are ;) Will try to update my pages soon!

There was no electricity this morning! Halfway through my shower, the lights flickered and went out! Worse to come, there was no hot water, which means I had to shower in the cold! Nice! :)

Also, during my Swedish Culture class today, the professor read out an interesting article to us. It was really accurate, or so the international students think :) Going to put the article on this site, so many more can learn about the Swedes :)

Hmm...the past month has been pretty hectic! Moving house, travelling abit and also trying to master my Swedish, which, by the way, sounds really atrocious! Haha.

This new photo that I've put up was taken when I visited Granna and Visingso. It was a rainy day, but nothing can stop me from taking photos! :)

Will put up more of Sweden, I promise. I just need to manage my time better haha. Hope you like this photo!

This was taken in the town of Mariestad, which is just by the edge of Lake Vanern, Sweden's largest lake.

It was nice to walk through the town and look at its old houses. Will put more pics of this town soon :)

It's orientation week this week. And I'm already dreading the train ride from Skovde to Jonkoping! Wonder how I'm going to survive for the next 4 months! Definitely need to look for an apartment in Jonkoping soon! Wish me luck!

I'm well settled in the town of Skovde now. Its a nice little town, although I dont know how long I can survive without English-speaking friends! I'll be starting school at Jonkoping. Anyone going there too? :)

I reached Gothenburg, Sweden yesterday! The weather is such a big contrast from that of Spain! :) Just got net access here so I can finally upload my pics! The following pages are up:

I just reached Cordoba yesterday from Madrid and its soooooo HOT here! It was 45 degrees celsius! Gosh!! Wish i could write more...

La gente en Cordoba es mas simpatico que en Madrid jaja. So far my fave is still Segovia! Wanna put pics but cant!! Life sux hehe.

My first ever sunrise!

All those who know me know I'm a night owl. I sleep really late each night, just before the crack of dawn LOL. This is my first ever sunrise...and I'm real proud of it haha. But I still prefer the sunsets!!

MRT Train

People in Singapore travel mostly by the bus or the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) trains. The MRT train network will bring you to most parts of Singapore. It is fast and efficient. The new North-East line is even driverless! Come, let's take a ride together... :D
