"The Norway"/"S. S. France

The Norway / The S.S. France

NOTE: It was reported in 2006 that, sadly, the SS Norway was scheduled to be sent to the Ship Breakers in India. The Norway started her life as the SS France in 1960, and until very, very recently she was still the longest passenger steamer ship at sea at 1,035 + feet. She was probably the last GREAT ocean liner in existence particularly built for transatlantic conditions. It's a sad year for all cruise ship lovers like myself. I am so glad I was a passenger on the Norway.

Thanks Sylvia for having found Luray Caverns. Oh my, this was one of my first pages and prices might not be correct anymore. But the cavern is great!! I wish you all the fun down there during the meet :-))

Thanks for visiting my St. Remy de Provence page, Sylvia. This small town was filled with picture perfect photo ops around each corner! I'd love to return someday.
