26th of April 2004: Dublin Spending a couple of days in amazing Dublin, I took the opportunity to meet Fergal (horseskoby). We had some Guinness and a nice talk about , well about a lot actually! Thanks Fergal for the nice evening! I met Fergal a second time in Belgium, on the 19th of August, when he flew into Charleroi Airport. We took the opportunity to have a small breakfast VT-meeting. |
2nd of May 2004: Brussels Midi Station Maybe one of my most legendary meetings ;-) I only had 2 hours for meeting Firas (dr.firas) in Brussels. We had a great time and ended up a bit tipsy due to the Polish Goldwasser! |
6th of June 2004: Mons Sarah (ptitetoile) posted in the forum to ask if any Belgian members were interested in celebrating the famous Doudou (see Mons travelogue) Surprisingly enough, I was the only one who showed up. We had a nice and sunny day out! |
20th of June 2004: the Belgian Coast I met Barbara (chicabonita) and Peter (Peter_P) in the picturesque Belgian coast town of De Haan. We started without any programme, and decided to take a dayticket for the tram, which rides along the Belgian coast. We got of in Oostende, Nieuwpoort and De Haan to take a walk and have a couple of drinks. A quiet, nice afternoon! |
26th of September 2004: Brussels Today, I met Hussein. Dannie and I went to Brussels to discover a bit of the city with him. We had a look at the Army Museum and walked around in the European District. After that, it was time to have dinner at a Chinese. |
7th of January 2005: Antwerp Antwerp again! This time Bryant (caffeine_induced78) visited us together with Nathalie (nathalie_b) We showed Bryant a good example of beer tastng, it was a great afternoon! |
28th of February 2005: Lisbon During my Lisbon-citytrip I met Catarina (mcb). We had a great dinner, an even better desert, and above all a nice conversation about Lisbon, about traveling, about a lot of things. Thanks Catarina for meeting me, it was a very nice evening! |
