This little bar is a greeat place for a few cold drinks and for meeting fellow travelers. Just ask for Boonsong and tell her Don sent you.

While on the island of Phuket we made some life long friends, people we will never forget. People that made our holiday wonderfull from the local side walk trader that i bought my smokes from to the girls at our hotel. Everyone that we meet we very friendly and helpfull, most would go out of there way to help you.

We found a great little bar called Friends Bar.
Here we made some great new friends, the owner of the bar's name was called Boonsong and she was a great host, nothing was too much trouble for her and her girls. So if you make it too Phuket call in at the Friends Bar in Patong Beach Road and have a nice cold beer with the guys and gals there.

If you get the chance and your invited to a local birthday party, go its a lot of fun and the food is great.

While on this trip we also meet several people from other countries, one guy we meet was from Swedan and his name was Hugo, he has been travelling to Phuket island for about 6 years and carn't think of a better place to have his yearly holiday.
We had af ew good nights out with him and hopefully catch up with him again next time.

The bar staff at Friends Bar are allway keen too look after there guest and will become great mates.

One night out we where invited to a local Thai birthday party where the local girls tried ot teach up to dance Thai style. It was a load of fun, even if we where all arms and legs
