WHY CITY?......thats the question that i faced whenever i declared that MAN CITY is my FAVOURITE football team to others.......
Well to start with, Man City came into my life in the early 70s...a cousin of mine bragged about his favourite team (not city of course) and me being naive about the English Football League then and really wanting a team to support asked him of any team and quickly he replied "Man City " just because his sister is a RAGS supporter and so from that very day i became a TRUE BLUE ............................... |
|  | BEING A TRUE BLUE Being a TRUE BLUE is really like being in a roller coaster of emotions...winning over top teams and losing to medicore ones....The bookmakers bogey team....unpredictable...really very unpredictable.
A TRUE BLUE would expect oneself of being blindly loyal to the team despite being ridiculed by people who dont understand the true meaning of pain,frustration, heartaches,worries,surprises and looking forward for the unexpected and the impossible.....insecure while winning and being oneself while losing .....Come On City!!!, Come On City!!!....Blue moon...I saw you standing alone........Come on City !!!Come On City!!!....... |

| | MANAGERS Since i became TRUE BLUE,MAN CITY had 17 managers and 4 of them were ex CITY players.The longest served was for 7 years and the shortest was only for 6matches.
I have 2 of them on my favourites list ...
Mr.Tony Book & Mr Kevin Keegan....
The Manager that to me that started Citys decline is Mr Malcom Allison (on his 2nd tour as CITYs manager)
The Manager that really mess things up at CITY is Mr Alan Ball
