The meeting began at the train station at 10.30 am. Els (VT-member Mahieu) - which was together with me the only representative of VT - appeared smiling in a yellow shirt, a great idea to represent our country and its colors !

We get closer to St Waudru Church and looked all together at the procession...The sun was already burning...the guys waiting for pushing the Car d'Or (Golden Coach) were more an more filled with energy!

And after the climbing of the Car d'Or (Golden Coach), we went to experience the Doudou atmosphere on the Grand Place.. here are we all together after the Fight!

After having eat and drink near the famous "Marchý aux herbes", we went for a walk near the Collegiate Church St Waudru to enjoy a little bit a more quiet atmosphere and the sunny view on St Waudru and the Belfry.

Then we came back on the Grand Place to see a cabaret play on the Doudou in the French dialect of Mons. Two of the actors were my cousins... so of course, they were wonderful :-) But before that, the dragon came our way to say bye bye!!! (was he completely drunk?)

We had a lot of fun during this day... So I guess we won't miss the occasion to celebrate it again together next year!
