The Venetian is one of , and maybe even the largest hotel in the Strip. The interior resembles Venice and the hotel even has a canal with gondola rides, which I think are a tourist trap to actually do but are pretty cool to watch. There is a wax museum here and an art gallery. The Venetian also has some of the best restaurants on the Strip and a world class spa and fitness facility. |
| | Tranquility Venetian is two hotels in one. Or two towers, actually. The main Venetian tower contains the casino, spa and other main attractions as well as hotel rooms. The newer tower, Venezia, contains more suites, Bouchon (an excellent choice for breakfast) and a beautiful courtyard area with pools, jacuzzis and some of the finest sculptures. |
| | More of the architecture in the Venetian: The Grand Canal Shoppes. |
The waterway in the Grand Canal Shops at Venetian. The gondoliers often serenade their passengers as well as passersby who take a break from shopping at the Grand Canal Shoppes to watch their impromptu performances. | | |
