Travel Tips

We had a great VT meet at La Cuisine De Mekong restaurant on Knutsford Terrace on 18/11/2005. It was the start of what was to be a memorable stay in Hong Kong. I met VT members Candylo (for the first time) and Vividvivian. Vividvivian also brought along her work colleagues which were some great people who I tried to persuade to join VT ;-)
The food and company was fantastic and we later moved onto Lan Kwai Fong for some drinks. I managed to lose the key to my hotel room in the taxi on the way to LKF but luckily the taxi driver handed it back in later. It was a great meeting and hope to meet you all again very soon!

We had a VT meeting on Friday 21st May 2004 at a nice restaurant called "Satay King" Causeway Bay (I think). The food was excellent and the service was great. We had a fun night, there was a lot of dancing going on and a lot of beer being drunk. In this pic there is the 3 beautiful V's, Vigi, Vanessa and Vivian. We didn't take any pictures in the restaurant but here is a picture we took after we'd eaten and we went to some bars. Unfortunately my good friends Tammy, Nellie and Annie couldn't come along to the bars after our meal so I went along with 3 strangers (Joyce_HK, Vigi and VividVivian). I soon got to know them and we had a fun time, after the beer flowed a little more, people started to loosen up! ha ha
We went to Lan Kwai Fong, I can't remember the names of the bars but visited some really great ones. Unfortunatley Joyce_HK didn't come along with us but I'm sure she enjoyed the meal.
