Really Fun things to Do with English.

by kdoc13 - last update: Jun 3, 2004

He was born in Cicago, his mother was Barbara

Introduction

First, let me say that I am a big fan of the foreign accent! I love it, it rocks. Let me also be the first to say that I tend to mess up what I say or write in Korean and Japanese all the time. So, it is with a deep sense of knowledge of how I murder other peoples languages that I bring you the following examples of bad English grammar from across the orient, courtesy of my friends at Engrish.com

It is a really great web site and if you get a chance to check it out, I am sure you will have a few laughs. I can't wait to see something I wrote turn up on a similar site.

First up, this is a pillow. I am not sure why this intrigues me so much, but apparently, this pillow (or is it the bear) was born in Cicago (I think it may be Chicago, I could be wrong) and also, it would seem the pillow has a mother named Babara. It is just so bizzare that I feel I must have one for my home.
The mind is the second thing to go...

in case you have ever lost your mind....

Leave it to this handy service, the brain location service.
No thanks, I'll just have water.

That's harsh dude!

I am not sure if I want to ever eat at this restaurant, if you think the potato's are harsh, wait until you've tried the egg-beaters!
Maybe it counts an a secret sauce?

I'm sorry, what kind of watering?

This has pretty much convinced me never to eat fast food in Korea ever again.
Cola! Definately Cola!

And to wash it all down....

Well, Flesh Juice. I guess it would explain why it is the most expensive soft drink on the menu.
A bit off the beaten path, but don't miss it!

Things to see in Japan.

Kdoc's itenerary day 1, Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, the sight seeing toilet!
Ladies, I'm warning you...

A little somethign for the ladies

The funny thing about this sign was that it was hanging in a mens room.
Don't ask if there is a movie on this flight.

JAS's Okinawa flight will scare you to death!

Guaranteed non-stop fright or your money back. Captain Leatherface will fly you to Okinawa with his trained stew-crew of Freddy Kruger, Jason Voorhees, Dracula, and ground crew of zombies. You to will kiss your loved one, happy to have made it there alive!

I was looking at your Bad Engwish page. Have you watched the film the Green Butchers? I think you would get it.
