Third time in Stalis and was not disappointed as nothing really changed. We were again recognised in shops, restaurants and bars. The welcome we got at our hotel was tremendous.
Free drinks everywhere we went for lunch or dinner, sometimes even getting a choice!
We went again to the Greek Night at the Creta bar - the family recognised us and treated us well. We joined in the dancing and had a very late night.
We went into Malia during the day and had lunch at the Titanic and did some shopping. Walked home to Stalis, passing the little shops and the pottery place to take something home to remind us of Crete. |
