Another view south from Inveruglas. You can see where the loch becomes a lot narrow but it widens out considerably further south

A snap I took while wandering around Luss, looking towards the hills in the west

The view from the car park and picnic area at Tarbet. I was really lucky it was such a lovely clear day for February! The two previous occasions I was at Loch Lomond it started or was threatening to rain but this day the sky was blue, the water was still and it was just gorgeous!

This was the view of the southern part of the Loch from outside Balloch Castle

The views from Firkin [if that was what it was called!] Point of Loch Lomonds Bonnie Banks

View south from Luss

The little church in the village of Luss. It was funny seeing this for real as I remembered it from seeing it on the now cancelled soap opera "High Road" which had some of the outdoor scenes filmed here! Luss played the part of the fictional town of Glendaroch.
