this is a brooch I made for a competition in France. It's about humor and how a mask can reflect a certain kind of humor. Like this one is sarcastic humor. |
Lost glory htese are 2 bronze bracelets I made for an exhibition in the Gallo-Roman museum in Tongeren ( see also my travelpages for more info on this museum). The idea behind it is that when a great culture ( the Roman in this case) gets lost and forgotten it looses all it's glory and spledour. Even when we pick it up later on , we well only get an idea off what it used to be , but never again it will regain the same glory. |
