Subang Jaya is a new town without old tin mining shanties. If you see any, please tell me by email. Just joking.
In the main photo is the bustling area in Subang Jaya called The Summit and at the back of the building has another hot favourite called Giant hypermarket which is the local's number 1 choice.
This street vendor is the one at the restaurant opposite the Mesiniaga building. If you happen to pass by there, try one of their curry puff which is the tray on the left most. That's one of my favourite.
The main street of SB is probably this Jalan Kewajipan where the Summit and Giant located.
Carrefour and Subang Parade is another good location for shoppers.

yes yes - Kayu Nasi Kandar is real YUM...my husband looooves it...and even my Aussie mates think helluva of it...must go whenever he is in town
