What a delightful thing you're doing.I just started using a glass cutting board.The surface has little ribs..helps when u're cutting vs smooth glass ones which fruits can easily roll off also. Nd to get used to the glass vs plastic (its predecessor!) | Donna_in_India Fri Nov 13, 2009 06:44 UTC
