this pudding (in cantonese: mok hon pu ding) layered with:
1] biscuit powder
2] cream
3] biscuit poweder
4] cream
5] biscuit powder

the taste is good and creamy. wonderful in summer time!!

rainbow jelly

this jelly (in cantonese: dai choi go)layered with 3 different favours: pineapple + coconut milk + strawberry. ah.....the taste is ok but I like the original favour (without any fruit-favour). you can add some milk on top.

 Wow, I didnt know there're so many museums in Macao. That's very cool. But isnt it amazing that the government still hasnt built a Museum of Gambling? Maybe people who do gamble arent the type who will spend money going to a museum.
