Here they are, gathered together on the ice.
The girl responsible for loading people into the Snow Cat told us that several of the penguins had chicks, so we looked hard for them. If we hadn't known they were there, we wouldn't have noticed that just a few of the penguins had their feathers fluffed out right over their feet, as you sometimes see on TV documentaries when the chicks are underneath, being kept warm. |

We enjoyed our ride through the penguin enclosure so much, that at the end we sat and waited our turn so we could have another ride on it and see them all again. |
