| The Eternal Quest for Good Arabica |
I've had an obsession about Mt. Everest since we traveled to Nepal and Tibet in October of 2002. I have no interest whatsoever in climbing it - my interest in Everest is more about the pyschology motivating those who feel compelled to summit (sometimes, at the cost of their life). I have a ton of books and material on Everest. It's fascinating and terrifying and exhilarating and intimidating. It's also just a little bit creepy. Seeing it from a distance was satisfying enough for me (both on the ground, as well as from the air). Good luck and safe climbing, to anyone who attempts to summit Everest.
