Some one asked me these questions about Berjaya Holiday Resort Langkawi

Is the resort really nice , and safe for older people?

Resort is completely safe foe every one, but the only problem would be that it is on uneven surface so it would be hard to walk for old people but resort run mobile carrier within resort 24-7.

- Is there much to do (entertainment wise)?

Not much entertainment but still has two bars and live music in the evening, few restaurants as well. But over all in Langkawi not much night life.

- Are there chalets that are on stilts on the water?

There are few types of chalet there. One called junior suits they are by the water. Most of the chalets are detached but some of them are semi detached.

- Is there a nice beach nearby, or which is the nearest beach (as we would like
to get marred on the beach)?

Resort has its own beach, I am not sure about the water but beach is very reasonable and it is not very busy busy.

- Would the hotel be able to prepare a barbecue or something like that for the
day of the wedding?

There is a restaurant and they do all barbecue so I am sure it should not be any problem.
