| | Where I leave.... I really wonder how some 40 cms snow can hit a big city like this. I remember my childhood. We were living in Konya, and we had every winter at least 50 cms snow. We never had experienced water or electricity shortage there. But here, now in Istanbul, many places have no water, no electricity. Many people have no heating system as well due to electricity shortage... The Grand Municipality announced C level alarm... |
