  This is a great tip! This is kind of scary to have a taxi driver in connivance with thieves. That's awful!

  Milion is my favorite place in BA. Not overcrowded, closes at a decent hour and has food and drink prices which keep out the low budget traveler. Used to go to Shoeless Joe´s El Alamo two blocks away but nobody goes there anymore - it´s too crowded.
